Delivery Requirements
In order for us to provide an efficient delivery and / or installation service, we need every customer to fill in our access details form. This applies even if you are using a third party courier service.
The access detail form requires information about the following items.
- Door widths
- Which floor
- Any stairs
- Corridor widths
- hours allowed on site
- biggest vehicle that can access your site
- distance from road to access point
We cannot book the delivery of your goods untill we have this information. Some of this information is not needed for third party courier deliveries.
Courier Delivery / Drop off Delivery
For those customers who do not wish to use our professional installation service, we can send your equipment via a third party courier. However there are some points you should know before using this service.
Please be aware that third party couriers are only contracted to deliver to your doorstep, via a tail lift and pallet truck and they do not have the expertise to commission or demonstrate the equipment. Should the delivery fail for whatever reason there will be an additional charge for a 2nd delivery.
